Use the website only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's information or use the site in a way that harms RUT. or others.

RUT. works to present product descriptions, images, colors, sizing and availability accurately. Screen settings, garment washes and production variation can affect how an item appears.

Product availability can change, and placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

Prices are shown in the store currency. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. An order confirmation means the order was received, not necessarily accepted for fulfillment.

RUT. may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues or an obvious pricing or listing error. If payment was collected for a canceled order, the appropriate refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and its payment services. Your use of checkout may also be subject to the terms of the payment and ecommerce providers involved in the transaction.

Shipping methods, rates and destination availability are shown at checkout. Processing and delivery can vary. See Shipping for details. Returns and exchanges are governed by the posted Returns & Exchanges policy, including its 30-day request window and approval requirement.

Discount and promotional codes must be valid and used according to their stated conditions and checkout rules. Codes may have exclusions, limits or expiration dates and may not combine. Approved Rider Support participants may receive referral codes or links; attribution and benefits are governed by the applicable RUT. Crew program terms.

The RUT. name, branding, artwork, photography, writing and other site content are owned by RUT. or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without permission.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment, fulfillment, delivery and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and practices, and RUT. is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control.

RUT. may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information or availability when discovered. The website may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RUT. is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses resulting from use of the site, third-party services or circumstances outside RUT.'s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
