Shopify provides the storefront checkout and supports order, payment, fraud-prevention and ecommerce processing. Information entered at checkout is handled according to Shopify's services and the providers involved in completing your purchase.

RUT. does not directly store your raw payment-card details.

The site and its service providers may process technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, pages visited, interactions and cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure and understand the website and checkout.

Contact form submissions are saved so RUT. can respond. If you choose to join the email list, your email address and subscription preference are used for RUT. updates. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing message.

Rider Support applications contain the information needed to review an applicant's connection to amateur racing and the RUT. community. Approved riders may also have Crew account, referral, attributed-order and commission records used to operate the program.

Information may be used to process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, review Rider Support applications, operate RUT. Crew and referral features, send opted-in updates, prevent fraud, secure the site, improve services and meet legal obligations.

RUT. may share information with service providers that support commerce, payments, fulfillment, hosting, communications, analytics and security, only as needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or investigate fraud and security concerns.

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including customer service, order records, Rider Support administration, fraud prevention and legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods can differ by type of record.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. Use the Contact page to make a privacy request. RUT. may need to verify the request before acting on it.

The storefront is not directed to children, and RUT. does not knowingly seek personal information from children through ordinary shopping or marketing features. Rider Support applicants should provide accurate age information so an application can be handled appropriately.
